Have you allowed your parrot the joy of foraging lately? If you own a pet parrot then you know how demanding they can be. Often as parrot owners, we seem to forget that their inherent instincts play an important role in their behavior. From chewing, loud calls, and even down right obnoxious antics, these are all a part of their internal behavior mechanism.

The worst thing a parrot owner can do is to “punish” their parrot for just being themselves. The better alternative is to give them outlets to express their natural desires. Give your pet bird a parrot foraging toy, one that he/she can be allowed to chew and destroy while finding a tasty treat at the same time. More often than not, providing this type of toy leads to better behavior, a happier bird, and in turn, a happier parrot owner. The party ball is one many toys that we carry at The Pampered Parrot, designed specifically for parrots.

The last time I visited car insurance agent was when I got my first car.  My folks had been dealing with the same agent for many years and it was a given that I would use the agent as well.  Well no longer, I dropped that overpriced coverage a long time ago and every since have used the internet to find the best car insurance rates for me.  And I have saved substantial sums of money over what I would be paying thru that agent today.  I have not totalled it up, but I would guess I am saving a couple of hundred dollars every year.  And if you are working with an agent currently I would recommend you shop online too.  Sure it may be hard to change the way you do things today, but think about what you buy with all that extra cash you will save with a lower cost policy.

Car insurance unfortunately is a necessary expense for the majority of drivers. Sure you can find drivers on the streets of Edmonton without coverage, but it is only a matter of time before they are caught by law officers. Not only is the coverage important to protect your auto investment, but it is critical should you ever find yourself in an accident. If you are shopping for Edmonton car insurance you should start out with the right approach.  Yes, you would rather not pay for the coverage, and might even go uninsured if the coverage was not required, but that does not mean that you should just opt for the bare bones level of coverage.  What would happen if you find yourself in a law suit with the driver of another car that you collided with previously? If you have any assets you could find yourself wiped clean pretty quickly by a jury.
